Awesome Place to Live |Recommended: YesI have lived at Riverside Apartments going on 2.5 years so far and LOVE it here I am in Phase 2 and wish that we would have assigned parking in front of building 1409. To many people park there and I have to park in overflow and walk down half the time which makes it not much fun. Plenty of parking in overflow which is where GUESTS should park so that residence can have the front of building parking. Other than that, no other complaints Staff is wonderful and very attentive I would love to continue to stay here but as with most apartments, rent goes up every year but my salary does not so this year if rent increases again, I will be forced to move as rent will exceed monthly budget. Hoping they will work it out since this is not a cheap place to live. This is by far THE BEST apartment complex I have EVER lived in and I have lived in MANY all over the country.
Best in the Area, No Comparison|Recommended: YesGreat community - I looked at every apartment complex in Aberdeen and the surrounding towns before deciding on Riverside. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have no issues with parking, or with noisy neighbors. The grounds are well maintained, and the interiors are nicely decorated. I've submitted two service requests which were both dealt with exceptionally quickly. Also, during the big snowstorm they had everything cleared out much ahead of my co-workers who live elsewhere. Would recommend.
Excellent place to call home |Recommended: YesI am thoroughly pleased with Riverside Apartments. The apartments are large with name brand appliances. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Excellent, Convenient, Amenities, Locality, Friendly.|Recommended: YesAfter starting over, I'm so glad it was here Staff is friendly. No Maintenance.
Great Community|Recommended: YesI do love living here and I love the pool
Nice Place to Live|Recommended: YesThis is my second year living at Riverside and I enjoy it very much. Amenities are nice, love the walking trail, apartment are spacious and the staff is very responsive. Only downside is once the new management company took over we can no longer drop rent off to the office. I have never seen that before. Our options are to mail it to the corporate office. Drive it to Owens Mills or some place like that to drop off the check or use their online rent payment system. Which is great, but they charge a convenience fee. How is it a convenience if they pretty much have made it mandatory.
Clean, safe, and friendly |Recommended: YesWe love our apartment in the Riverside Apartments complex. We have a one bedroom apartment, but the layout and design makes the space seem bigger. The Riverside Apartments grounds are a safe environment with beautiful scenery for family fun. We enjoy having access to the clubhouse gym, pool, and game room. It is also nice to have nature trails that lead to the playgrounds and outdoor grills. Overall a great place to rent an apartment.
One of the best places to live in all of north Maryland |Recommended: YesPlenty of parking spots, quiet neighbors, great layout of dwellings with several floorplans to chose. Price for size location is spot on Building construction is average planning or the actual installation of fixtures, switches and outlets are poor - did not use building codes some switches are inches lower than others, some even located feet beyond where they should be - middle of wall . I had to go around and tighten all the door hinges to all cabinets, fix the drawers - as they were not installed correctly, and even tighten the screws which held the microwave. The air filter box cannot even hold the standard 18 x18 filter....probably why there was none installed, so I had to repair that too. The maintenance group is quick to arrive but are not highly knowledgeable to repair everything. Overall, there are much worse places so I would recommend Riverside Apts.
Very good and nice|Recommended: YesI only find a merger problem in the parking there are hardly ever parking spaces in front of my building and even worse in the over flow I know you can't just pull parking out of a hat but it is a very big problem.
Well kept, friendly and good location.|Recommended: YesA well kept community with all of the amenities you might need, with lots of living options.
Truly A Great Place to Live |Recommended: YesI have lived here for almost two years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The apartments are just about the finest you will find in Harford County. The leasing staff and manager are beyond helpful and always friendly, even when they are busy. The pool and gym are very nice and are both always very clean. The property is well-maintained and literally two minutes from I-95
Fantastic Units and Grounds, Poor Management|Recommended: YesI've lived here for 6 months and love it The apartment unit is extremely comfortable. The complex is quite, you rarely hear your neighbors, and the grounds are beautiful. My only qualm is that the management is unable to do there job effectively. They are unable to answer questions, for example, my account shows a balance but I've always paid on time and there records show the same.
Amazing|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. New and modern, and a very nice gym
NIce|Recommended: YesIt is very convenient for shopping and freeway access as well as it is ideal if you are working at the base.
NIce community and apartment|Recommended: YesThe community is really nice. The amenties are nice as well. The staff is very professional and is always willing to help. The only major problem is the parking sucks. There should be assigned parking for residents. Some residents own two or three vehicles and takes up two to three spaces in the front of their building leaving none for residents with one car and late hours. I have complained on multiple occasions and it continues to happen after the residents have been warned. It is very annoying when you pay the same amount of rent and can't park in front of your building.
